Electrac NI was contacted by McGrady Insurance and tasked with assisting MacNabb Waste Management with improving the safety of its fleet of HGVs.
Managing Director, Fintan McGrady had complete confidence in selecting Electrac NI to complete an audit the McNabb Waste fleet, having worked closely on other large fleet projects previously.
Electrac NI made a series of recommendations to MacNabb Waste including the supply and fit of a comprehensive camera solution that was specifically selected to suit the harsh operating environments of the waste industry. The solution was also in keeping with the client’s budget and the installation process was scheduled to avoid having any affect the core working time of each truck.
A total of 25 trucks were equipped with the dual camera system, which resulted in a 25% saving on MacNabb Waste’s fleet insurance renewal.
